Hey guys! Quick question. I have a version of Windows 7 on my hard drive but its not in bootable form [no need to worry I paid for it and its activated :)] But from what I know about Bootcamp, You need the Dvd or Cd for the actuall OS. And I don't have that. So does any one know how to use bootcamp with my Windows 7 already on my hard drive?
If any one can help that would be awesome!

what is the format of the windows image? if you bought it online, i believe they come in an .iso, which you would burn to a blank disc in disk utility, and then it should act as an installer disc bootcamp will recognise.

i dont believe there is a way for bootcamp to recognise a disk image for the install.

Quick question... I've got pretty much the same problem. The difference is that I do not have any CD with over 1.5GB free space here at home :p
Is there no other way?

A pack of 10 DVD+R disks at Wal-Mart is like $5.00. Disks are sold everywhere, you're just going to have to buy some.

Kobe remember Windows 7 will require activation exactly the same as on a Windows machine. If your copy has been activated already, be prepared for a knock back.
