Im a firm believer in menubar applications but I am running out of room for them all to be displayed on my 13' MBP. Anyone know of any applications or utilities out there that allow me to add more space somehow to my menubar?

You can only have as much space as there is available. In other words, you can't make it larger when it already spans the width of the screen. I'd suggest finding some replacements if you can for some of those menulets.

There may be an app that will extend the menubar across multiple monitors if you have a multi monitor setup. Unfortunately, I can't help out there.

..and also re-evaluate the number and types of apps you have running there and see if you do actually use it often enough to require it be running in the menu bar..
