Adobe CS3 installer window disappears after initializing

Hi, I dont know if this issue was posted before I can not find it..

I installed a couple of programs from the Adobe Design Premium CS3 before (Ps, Ai, Dw, Fl), which work fine; now, Im trying to install Indesign, when I double-click the installer it starts and the initializing window disappears and wont appear again. I am frustrated, I have googled it for hours and cant find any solution, I tried fixing permissions and uninstalling flash player but still nothing.

Im using a Mac Pro OS X 10.4.11

Please I really need help as soon as possible!!!

I know this sounds like the simplest thing in the world but have you restarted your computer since installing any of the other apps?
