multiple program versions

Hello all. I have a powerbook g4 and just recently cloned and replaced the hard drive in it.

I didn't notice at first but I have found that when I go to access some of the ctrl menu's, I see that there are multiple versions of the programs. Below you will see a screen shot I took to show you what I am talking about. (attachment)

Is there a fix for this? How can I get it back to running with just the single option for programs rather than multiple versions to select from in the menu?

Thanks
Eric

Just keep the latest version of the program and delete the others that show up. You should be able to easily identify which is which in the applications folder. If there is any doubt, click on the program icon and then do a get info.

Grab Onyx from here if you don't already have it. Make sure you get the correct version to match your version of OS X.

Head for the Automation tab - in the Rebuilding section - check off Launch Services and Execute.

That'll cure it right away. I've had this happen before after cloning my drive. Launch services must have updated during the cloning process.
