Today my macbook stopped working. I don't know what happened, but heres the story.
Used it all during class today, everything working perfectly, my girlfriend pushed the restart and i closed it simultaneously. (idk if thats what caused it)
i got home about 15 mins later and opened it up, it went the the restart like no big deal. but when it came back on, everything was normal except that my trackpad and keyboard didnt work.
i noticed that over one of my desktop icons there was the outline of a black square, and that was the weird part. I clicked the power button and the black square transferred over to the sleep button.
I really need this solved. I have taken out the battery. Did a hard reset numerous times. I need help
