Hi there,
Just want to make sure I'm covering all my bases here. I've ran through this stuff (on 10.5 and 10.6), and any other rec's would be great:
⁃ run Apple Hardware Test
⁃ no problems with RAM or other hardware
⁃ Repair disk and permissions start up disk
⁃ have sufficient RAM and available disk space
⁃ third party applications for updated, compatible
⁃ drivers and kernel extensions updated
⁃ network connections and cables for peripherals all good
⁃ removing peripherals
The only thing I can think of that is left would be an archive and install, but I would like to avoid that if possible.
Lemme know,
Jon
