boot camp not booting

So.. im trying to install Windows 7 on my 15 inch macbook pro, i insert the disk i do the boot camp assistant and i partition my drive and then i do start installation,it reboots and a black screen comes out and nothing happens... i found some solutions that work with imac but nothing is working with my mbp

15" MBP, 2.5GHz i7, 750GB, 6770M 1GB, iPad 3, iPhone 4, custom PC
what kind of Windows 7 install is it: a disk that came with a different computer, a download .iso that youve burned to a disc or an official boxed version from a shop.

how much space are you giving the installation.

please provide a few more details (MBP model, OSX version, bootcamp version) is it 32 or 64 bit?

help us out.
