Hi.
I have an iPod Classic 120GB which was working fine until this morning when it stopped working so I plugged it into iTunes and it told me I needed to restore it.
I did this and then it was stuck on the "restoring iPod" bit and I could not do anything else in iTunes. I let this run for an hour but still no joy.
I did a reset, (holding menu and select) and even put it into disk mode but with no avail...
I then had a crazy idea that it might work if I plugged it into my PowerMac G5. I then synced it with an old iTunes library I have and it said it needed restoring but this time the restore worked.
I then synced music across and it all worked.
I plugged it back into my MBP thinking it would work and it told me it needed restoring so I did that and got to the same place as I was before where it got stuck.
Please can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or how to solve this.
Cheers
