Hey guys i got a problem!
I formatted one of my maxtor external hard drives and installed snow leopard and all the updates and all my software on it using my Macbook Pro. Now when I boot and hold down the option key nothing happens!
The only way I can boot from this disk is by going to startup disc and selecting it and setting it as the default start-up disk.
NOW, the real problem is trying to boot my Mac Pro from the disk! When I turn on the Mac Pro and hold down option the menu comes up, but I dont see the external drive, and if i boot using the regular HD and set it as the default nothing happens.
Theres the formatting for the drive if that has anything to do with it!
