Can't you just drag the application to the trashcan - with Safari closed of course? I'm new Mac user - so someone much more informed will be along - but everything I've learned thus far leads me to believe you can just uninstall an application by dragging to the trashcan or using an uninstall app.

I'd also imagine you can remove things directly from Safari without uninstalling - but I'm at work on my Windows machine so can't look.

Go into Applications and see if there is a folder for Toolbars, and if so there may be an uninstaller there. If not, download a little utility called AppTrap and install it. It will appear in the System Preferences under 'Other', select 'general' and click to make active.

Then drag the icon from the Applications folder to the Trash and empty.

You can also just use the uninstaller that bflix includes with the download.

If you trashed the download and the uninstaller, then download it again - link.

Bflix removal

Removing Bflix is actually very simple from Firefox. Just go to Tools and click on Add-ons. Bflix will pop up, click on it and it will give you the option to uninstall it. After you restart firefox it is gone. Do not download any scam "cleaning" or "application removal" programs.
