I'm currently using the 30 day trial of Outlook, I just set it up with my Gmail account. As I expected it to do, it's trying to download my entire Gmail inbox. Now I have a habit of not deleting emails and have accumulated some 20,000+ over the last few years. Is there some way I can tell Outlook to only retrieve messages from the server that are received after a certain date?
I've tried make the rule "If date received is newer than 20 days, retrieve from server" but it doesn't seem to prevent emails older than 20 days from also being retrieved and there doesn't seem to be an option to make the rule "If date received is older than 20 days, do not retrieve from server"
Does anyone know a workaround?
