So I've been having trouble with my macbook pro (2009) crashing for a while. I took it back to the apple store under my applecare after it totally locked up and wouldn't start up (bad hard drive). They sent it off, replaced the hard drive, and returned it to me. Ever since, it's been having hard locks and frequent crashing. I returned it again, and they replaced my main logic board and ram. I got it back yesterday, and I'm still having trouble with crashing and hangs. Now my main symptom is that my finder will freeze, leaving other processes running and will not relaunch. It happens repeatably when running my ProtectMac virus software. I've run disk utility and it's had to repair the hard drive once already, and it comes up with the following permissions errors every time I run the permissions repair:

No matter how many times I run it, it keeps giving me the same errors each time. Are these things related? What should I do at this point? Clean reinstall of my OS and not restore my users from time machine, start completely clean? I really don't want to do that if at all possible to save me the hours and hours of installing software and trying to restore my calendars and mailboxes and itunes, iphoto, etc... Any suggestions? I'm hesitant to take it back to apple again, because it has so far resulted in my computer being shipped to CA over and over and me not having it for weeks!

Thanks for any help.
