What are the best audio interfaces

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding the most efficient and reasonably priced no-latency audio interfaces? Right now I'm just looking to use it with garageband but in the future I might switch to Logic.

well i use the mbox 2 and i think its great. comes with pro tools. capable of 24 bit recording and all those frills.

or you could take a look at maudio, or apogee (apogee have some sort of deal going on with apple).
