Looking for a Time Tracking App!

I am looking for a App that can track users Active time and Away time.(to track working hours and break time)

And the Apps need to be run in background because we do not want the users to know we are tracking on them.

-Can track other apps' usage is a plus
-Password protected will be a BIG PLUS.

Is there any App can do that?

Have a look at Wakoopa . . . Is the only type of thing i know of.
Doesnt mean there isnt and will be interested myself to see if anyone knows of anything different ..
Maybe this integrated with something else could suit your needs . . .

Hope for ypur sake that these **users** arnt employees you dont trust

thanks for your reply. This one look like it's not a app that I can simply download and use it. I submit the request for trial version and I am still waiting for response.

I did search online, there are some apps can track time, but I havn;t find one that CAN RUN IN BACKGROUND. We found a right program for Windows version, but for MAC, we still looking for it.

I test out most of the APPs above, it looks like that no one can separate Away Time and Active Time.

Yes, there are some tools that do this. We use a tool from Replicon Inc - project tracking software and I believe you must check this out for more information on what you requested.
