iWeb Problem

Hi could anyone help with a problem with my iWeb software
I was on help chat with the people from mobile me and was told to do a forced quit on the iweb before starting it again now the iweb wont open properly, the top bar opens but no layout page!!

I have deleted it and re-istaled the software but nothing has changed!!!

I've managed to open it using iphoto and sending a picture to iweb!!!
