I have an older Macbook that I bought refurbished.
Unfortunately for me, the wireless barely works!
I can connect to some networks, but not in my house (though my roommates have no problems). I frequently can't connect in other places, usually due to "system timeout".
The ethernet works just fine.
The system installed is AirPort Extreme (0x168C, 0x86)
Is this a decent system? Is there something better that I can upgrade to?
I'd appreciate any advice...I don't have the money to get a lot of repairs done.
