Mirror Agent not reponding - Cannot perform soft restart

I searched the forums for a "mirror agent" error, to no avail. Intermittently, when I try to restart or shut down my rev B iMac G5 I receive a "Mirror Agent not responding" error. Does anyone know how to get rid of this error and or fix my problem?

Mirror Agent is used my iDisk when you have it mirrored on your system.
