Cant install updates?

I have had a powerbook for about a year now, with no problems whatsoever. Then the other day the software update window pops up with things that i should download and install as usual. But for some reason the Install button is greyed out and i cant click it... I think its pretty weird and i figured id see if anyone might know what thats about--- thanks

Try the Apple icon (upper left). Go to Sys Prefs and try "software updates" from there.

There have been several solutions posted here, if you search this board. I would try repairing permissions first if you have not.
