My iPod battery was dead so I charged it. Then turned it on, chose the song I wanted and then it froze up. I reset it but now it's frozen with the Apple symbol on the display.
I found some old threads on this site but non that mentioned being frozen with the Apple symbol. I tried the suggestions anyway but it's still frozen.
It will reset, the Apple symbol will disappear for a few seconds, then come back to stay.
Any suggestions?
