Need More RAM for my MBP

I have an early 2008 Macbook Pro and I'm looking to upgrade the RAM from 2 gb to 4 gb. Anyone know exactly what I would need?

Is the DDR2 SDRAM all I have to worry about, or do the number of MHz matter too?
