Override Outlook Temp location for saving files

I'm using Outlook Mac 2011 and it uses the following folder ~/Library/Caches/TemporaryItems/Outlook Temp/ as the default save location for files. Is there a way to change this folder location for saving files?

Thanks for asking this question. Were you able to find out how to change where the temp files are saved? I have an external HD and I need these files to accumulate there. I bought a new IMac and I just found that my HD on the Mac itself was nearly full because of Outlook 2011 temp files (less than 30 GB away)! I am still looking on how to change where the temporary files are saved. So if you have any tips that would be superb (as of now I am stumped).
