Constant Kernel Errors

I've had my Macbook for about 5 months, but just in the last month or so I've started to get kernel errors which are now occurring almost daily. It only happens when I awake it from sleep. I ran an extended hardware test and it didn't find anything. I'm hoping someone knows how to make sense of this:

It appears that it's going into panic right here:

That may be coincidental as it could also be bad memory. If the machine is under warranty, do as harry suggested.

If you're typically using Airport to connect to the internet, try disabling it and connecting via Ethernet for a bit. My thinking is this - if the issue is waking from sleep, and the first process it fails on is Safari, one of the first things Safari is going to do on wake is try to re-establish a connection to the wireless network. If there's a hardware issue with the card, it could cause this kind of panic. So by disabling Airport and connecting through Ethernet, if the issue persists, you know it's not the Airport card - if it doesn't, then it might be your culprit.
