Clicked on my mail icon and up came mail app asking to create new account. I clicked cancel but it will not and comes up every time I start computer. I cannot get into my mail from dock have to go to Aol.com and Gmail on the internet.

Did you create the new account? Otherwise you will not be able to use Apple Mail. The GMail web site has good instructions on how to use GMail with Apple Mail. I can't help you with AOL, however.
