How to lock the internet text size on Macbook Pro?

By pinching the trackpad in or out you can adjust the internet pages you view as well as the text. Is there a way to freeze the setting at a point you like? I find that I will do it and some pages go back to how it was previously, or I will just accidentally adjust it mistakenly.

Any thoughts?
