Itune sync problem

after i update itune 10. I got a problem when I sync with my iphone.

the keep appear the note said that iphone can not sync to my itune because the problem occur number (-39)

do any one know this?

MacBook Pro 15" 2014, 2.2GHz i7, 16GB RAM, 250GB SSD, OSX 10.9.5 - iPhone 5s 16gb
Navigate to <username>/Pictures/iPhoto Library

Right-click on iPhoto Library and show package contents.

Remove the folder "iPod Photo cache" (delete it, move it to Trash or whatever you want - just remove it from the iPhoto Library!)

Sync your iPhone. The photos will reverify and, bingo, you're done.
