iTunes Installation Alert

I'm trying to install the iTunes latest version and I keep getting an Installation Alert Message. I've attached a screen shot. When I hit "Quit Installer" and start over again, the same thing happens and it just sits as if it's installing, but nothing happens. It's been running now for about 20 minutes. How do I correct this? :Grimmace:

This may be a stupid question but are you sure that iTunes is closed?

No that isn't a stupid question. I'm stupid, because that was the problem. :Oops:
