I have Adobe Reader 10 installed on my MacMini. I've been reading about the Adobe Air Application and was wondering if it's worth downloading. I've been reading good and bad things about it. I would be interested only in the free version.

I have a MacMini; 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo; 4 GB Ram; 160 GB Dr. - 126 GB available.

AIR, both the runtime and SDK, are free. What "paid version" are you referring to in your post?

It's only useful having it if you want to use an application that needs it. You then have to decide if it's worth installing a separate runtime for just that application. Otherwise, there is no need to install it.

I thought I saw a paid version of Adobe Air on their website. I'm not sure now. I'll just leave it alone for now since I really don't need it.
