User Profile has red circle with minus on login screen

A user profile (my kids account) on my machine has a red circle with a minus on the login screen however I can't seem to figure out what it means - if I try to click the circle it just seems to prompt for the password like usual -- any ideas what this is?

I believe that means, you don't have the permission to access the profile.
