I'm actually posting this for my grandma, who's been having an issue with forwarded pictures lately. I don't have a Mac myself, so I don't know how to help her exactly. As of yet, all I can say is that she has a desktop - I'll post her specs as soon as she sends them to me
Anyway, some people can see these forwarded pictures while others can't. She tells me people say it's with the JPEG pictures. On at least one occasion I could see the pictures (which were JPEG) on my PC, while someone else couldn't. I thought JPEGs were universally readable, so now I'm wondering if this is really a problem with her Mac or with the other peoples' computers?
My last question is how would one go about changing the format of pictures embedded in a forward on a Mac, if possible?
