Hello all,
I'm a new mac user, having recently purchased a 13" macbook pro. Since the day I brought it home, I've been having problems with the DVD RW, or so-called "superdrive". When I insert an audio CD, sometimes the system recognizes the disk, and sometimes it doesn't. It seems to be about a 50/50 shot weather the CD is read or not. If it is recognized, then I can read the data on the CD and transfer the files as normal. My problem is that I have to eject and re-insert the CD up to 3 times before this happens.
Does anyone know what could cause this issue? And if yes, how it can be rectified?
