iPod Photo (4G): Wall socket icon

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
I just got an iPod Photo (4G) used. I first restored it using iTunes, successfully, and the last step was to plug it into the wall using the wall charger. There's an icon of a wall socket on the iPod itself. So i plugged it in as such and nothing's happening. What should I do?
