I'm wondering if my phone is having issues or if it is the network around here. I couldn't even make a call this morning, it wouldn't even start ringing, and i reset it twice, had full service the entire time. Now I'm in a different building, have one bar away from full service on 3G and my Iphone can't consistently stream pandora. :Not-Amused:, Really frustrated with either ATT or the iphone

Do a network reset, or is that what you did when you say "reset it twice"?

That is a hard-reset of the phone, (a bit like holding the power button down on a computer till it shuts down). Go into Settings > Network, then scroll down to the bottom where you should see something like "reset network" can't remember the exact wording of it.
Give it a go, could help with your problem. :)

Tried that, still being slow, It took about 15-20 seconds to open CNN mobile website which I don't regularly visit, but I think it's pretty quick, especially on full 3G service

It could be a problem with the network where you are, now that, that has been eliminated.
Try it again tomorrow and see if the problem persists or not.
