Sup Guys,
I just found some corsair DDR2 4Gb (1x4Gb) RAM modules on amazon.
see: RAM SO-DIMM DDR2 4GB / 800Mhz CORSAIR ValueSelect rt: Amazon.de: Elektronik or http://www.amazon.de/dp/B001V79KNE/
OR: just found this http://www.amazon.de/dp/B001M3JWD0/
I was wondering if those would work in my older 17" non-unibody MacBook Pro.
Specs:
see attached photo
it would be great if I could get 8Gb inside.
The third link seems to be in my opinion the most likely to work as it is mac memory, insight would be ppreciated
if these modules don't work in it... i saw that the Bus Speed is 800 mhz. Could I ad 2x2Gb modules running at 800 mhz?? are they supported or will they be throttled down to 667 mhz? and what performance increase would I see?
cheers
