MacBook Pro question

Hi guys - new to the forum and just getting into Apple products. I am planning on picking up a MacBook Pro (likely a full speced 15") and wanted to get your thoughts if I should wait until Spring for an update.

Was the update in Spring 2010 significant, thereby making the coming one a mild refresh or do you guys see it as an overhaul that is worth waiting for?

That's my guess that the one last year was so significant that if there is one this year it will be minor. Just IMO.

Thanks for the reply - did the unibody chassis and i5/7 processors come in April 2010?

Like the person above me said, the update they did last year was so major that the next update is expected to be far less significant. I think it would be quite safe to purchase the macbook pro now.
