Quick Look scrolling through video files doesn't work

After updating to Snow Leopard, the mouse scroll wheel no longer shuttles through the video files in Quick Look like it did before in Leopard. Is there a fix, or reason for this?

This function is very much needed for me and I have no idea why they would get rid of it.
