hey does anyone know of any possible free voice recognition software that will type out what i am saying?

I don't think you are going to find anything like that for tree. The current Mac version of Dictate seems to work well but is not free.

There is a feature called "Speakable Items" that let's you use your voice to perform various tasks on the Mac but it doesn't do the kind of recognition you want.
