I'm looking for a software package on Mac that will allow me to crop a video file for display at around 900 x 450. The video will be displayed on a website in Flash.

iMovie only allows cropping to a fixed proportion. I need to crop out the top/bottom of the video and display the rest of the image undistorted.

The originating file is HD 1280×720.
