After installing my new monitor being a Samsung BX2235 which is according to the manufacture APPLE compatible , it gives 2 choices
using 60 HERTZ NTSC or 50 PAL .
If I google for it with the best option it gives a lot of answer , but what is the correct one .
Now it uses 60 HERTZ NTSC , but sometime the picture is not totally correct but the information is there .
Some people said if I change it to 50 HERZ and it is not correct it result in a BSOD so it is hard to change it again .
Is that true ?
Or can I just try it without any risk ?
BTW if it is impotant life in Europe

thanks in advance

Standard for Europe is PAL, but either way you can change between settings to see which suits best. There will be no issues swapping back that I can forsee.
