just a quick question to anyone with the knowledge to answer..
i have an old powermac g3 tower (350mhz) B&W..
I'm wondering, would it be possible for me to buy a motherboard + chip and simply swap the old for the new to turn it into a g4 800mhz or something to that effect? or could i possibly even go as high as a dual processor motherboard + CPU.. if im replacing the motherboard.. would it still fit in the case? is the g3 yosemite the same form factor as say, the g5 quicksilver?
Anyone ?
