I picked up an apple tv last night. I love it but I do have one issue. When I use remote on the ipad. Or if I use the actual remote that came with it I start up itunes and plex on the mac. Anything I start for the apple tv starts on the mac. How do I get the mac to stop seeing the remote function?
One remote to control them all!

You can also pair the remote to the ATV.
I thought about that but i went remote crazy with the ipad. I have one for xbmc and plex. oh and one for itunes. Lol wait i also use rowmote =D. so just removing the function from the mac makes sense. Not to mention i really dont use the mac for watching stuff.
