Wifi problem at an airport?

Hi, six months ago i was in a cafe in an airport in Manila, i noticed a wifi logo so i bought a card with wifi time on it. I cant remember exactly but to log onto the airport's network, i had to accept a security certificate/cookie in order to log on, i wasnt successful at all. I only just remembered this problem since i spoke to a friend tonight and he had the same problem. I spent ages looking through my Powerbook but i wasnt sucessful.
