Here's your culprit, see below from Panic Log:

BSD process name corresponding to current thread: WindowServer

Eliminate that and see if the panics stop. Let us know.

You can't very well get rid of WindowServer - that's the software that draws your interface on the screen, and is part of the OS. My guess is that it's a bad graphics chip... you're getting a page fault on CPU1, which from my experience, tends to mean a RAM failure. However, the 13" MacBook uses built-in memory for video. The logs are showing the following:

Kernel Extensions in backtrace (with dependencies):
com.apple.GeForce(6.2.6)@0xc55000->0xd0afff
dependency: com.apple.NVDAResman(6.2.6)@0x967000
dependency: com.apple.iokit.IONDRVSupport(2.2)@0x95a000
dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOPCIFamily(2.6)@0x927000
dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOGraphicsFamily(2.2)@0x938000
com.apple.NVDAResman(6.2.6)@0x967000->0xc54fff
dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOPCIFamily(2.6)@0x927000
dependency: com.apple.iokit.IONDRVSupport(2.2)@0x95a000
dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOGraphicsFamily(2.2)@0x938000

So if the computer is drawing windows and moving them around (using WindowServer) and the graphics chip is bad or the RAM is bad, it'll throw an error and panic.

So, for initial testing - If you feel comfortable removing the RAM, I'd remove one chip at a time and test system stability. If you get the same panic with both chips, then I'd take it back to the store with the panic log and request a main logic board replacement for a bad graphics chipset. If one chip appears to be your culprit, request a replacement RAM chip.

Good call. I agree, it does sound like the GPU may be at fault.

Thanks alot for the help guys! Appreciate it!
So it must be the graphics chip cause they kept my computer overnight and checked the Ram for me before telling me I needed a new hard drive. They said the ram is all good, so I guess ill need a new logic board which I was hoping to avoid since I'm now out of warranty :(

Thanks again for the help! :)

As long as there's no physical damage to the computer - no dents, dings, cracks, liquid damage, you can request a "depot repair" where your computer is sent to Apple repair center for a flat rate repair. If a logic board and labor in the store is $600-800, the flat rate repair option is about $280 plus tax. The repair will give you a 90 day warranty on the logic board, so that if anything else pops up, you're covered.
