HELP - cannot restart windows after blue screen of death (VM ware Fusion)

Hi

I am sitting here with the Windows blue screen of death on VMware Fusion on my Mac--does anyone know how I can restart Windows?? If I restart the Mac, the Windows session will just be suspended and not restarted. Any specific keys I need to press or something like that??
