Hello this is my first post so here goes.

I have a dead powermac g4 digital audio. That is the psu is dead.

We found a powermac g4 867 dual that has osx 10.5.3. I still have all the software for the digital audio including protools, reactor os9.1 and more.

The 867 dual g4 should be better for music creation but we need to have os9.2.2 for all my other software to work.

Heres the catch. We only have the original os9.1 software and it will not install. Or at least I think.

What I did was to partition the g4 dual hdd in half. I don't know if that is the way to do it. Then again I am not sure os9.1 will work on the g4 dual.

What I would like to know is how do I install os9.1 on a seperate partion?

Thanks in advance.
