Can I install Xcode 3.2.5 and iPhone SDK 4.2 Final coexisting with installing Xcode 3.2.2 and iPhone SDK 3.2 Final?

As when I installed the second one, it replaced the first one.

Have you tried installing it to a different location? You are not obligated to install it to /Developer.

If you install the new one to the same directory as the old it pretty much acts like an update replacing the old. Do what vansmith says and install to a different directory. Create a folder inside applications called "Developer" or whatever you want to call it and install the new xcode there.
