iphoto 8

I am trying to move photos from a email to iphoto 8 . I have a large amount of pictures and dragging each photo can take forever. Is there away to move more the one photo at a time , I tried selecting all photos in the attachment drop down a this do not work either. Mail version 3.6 ,iphoto 8 macbook osx 10.5.8

So, you have a bunch of photos in an email and want to move them into iPhoto?

If so, highlight them all and drag them to the iPhoto icon in your Dock. It will open iPhoto and copy all the photos over. Some may be separated into different events depending on how you have iPhoto set up to sort and what meta data is embedded in those image files. But basically, once you get them into iPhoto it isn't difficult to sort them, separate them, combine them, etc.
