Secondary monitor being the primary

I have a new 15" powerbook and a similarly new 20" apple display. I want to make it so that the 20" monitor is the primary when i have it plugged in. Ie default monitor that programs open too. And it has the dock on it. And also the menus at the top of the screen. Any ideas? I can do it on pc's but have yet to figure it out here.

nevermind i figured it out. you jsut drag that little white bar to the other monitor
