My Powerbook G4 is currently running 10.4.11. I have 1.25g memory and 165g of open HD space.
I'm noticing problems with cursor/mouse-related actions such as mouse-overs that usually result in a cursor change, but don't. Dropdown menus don't respond on the first click. My active screen corners don't work. My dock doesn't magnify without clicking (should work with mouseover).
The behavior is independent of application. I see similar problems in Office apps as well as browser-based apps.
