Remove someone else's music from my iTunes?

Hello All,

Bought my wife a Macbook Pro for Christmas and my daughter sync her iPhone to it. Now all her music is in iTunes and I want to delete it. I tried going to Edit, Select All, Delete nothing happens, tried command delete and option delete also and nothing. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Highlight the ones you want to get rid of then right-click.

I couldn't imagine what my sister would do if my dad deleted her iTunes library.
