Hi!

I have a new Macbook Pro (OSX 10.6.5, core i5) with Java 1.6.0_22 installed ("java -version" in shell). I just installed the last version.
I have the SDK and Java folders in ./Developper
I have two software for biological analysis that are Java based that I am trying to use (Cytoscape and GeneSpring) and for both, the normal opening window blinks and then in ~0.5sec turns off. Then, there is no error message, nothing. It seems it could be a machine-specific java issue as I have installed those software successfully on another machine.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
